I am happy to welcome you to the website of Palghat, an eparchy of the Syro-Malabar Major Archiepiscopal Church.

A visit to our website gives you an accurate and up-to-date picture of the eparchy of Palghat. It is also an account of the great things, which the Almighty has done for us. You will find therein the people who planted the seedling and watered it. They were all God’s fellow workers, chief among whom was Mar Joseph Irimpen, the first Bishop who through his loving service laid a solid foundation to the infant eparchy. It was, however, God who made the eparchy grow. May His name be glorified. There are still miles to go and much more to be done for God and His people. We build on the foundation of those who went ahead of us. God is with us. St. Joseph, the heavenly patron of the eparchy, intercedes for us. The establishment of God’s kingdom is our mission. We seek His kingdom and His righteousness, knowing that everything else will then be given to us. We reach you through the website and you reach us. We get easily connected to each other.
